About buying from us online…PricesOur prices are checked regularly to make sure they remain competitive and to save customers time hunting for something cheaper. Prices include a 1-colour imprint in one position unless otherwise specified. Prices for printing more than 1 colour and discounts on larger quantities are normally given however please call our Sales Team with any questions you may have. Minimum quantities are usually stated. All items and colours are subject to availability. PrintingPlease phone to discuss your requirements with our experienced sales executives so that clear logos and advertising can be reproduced. We will advise and assist by preparing one colour logos and artwork proofs for your approval free of charge. Colour separation will be charged extra. ArtworkArtwork files can be e-mailed as attachments in PC or MAC formats to artwork@b-loony.co.uk. Files should preferably be EPS files or high resolution JPEG or TIFF. To ensure the security of your artwork please name the file attachment with your company name and the print name. We will always ask you to approve your artwork before printing personalised orders. OriginationAs there are many different requirements to produce the print screens, dies, tools or embroidery tapes additional charges will be incurred and these are specified as “origination” for each product wherever possible. SamplesOrder samples to see products before you buy. These will normally be chargeable and cannot be returned. ReturnsPlease inspect goods on receipt and immediately notify Customer Service of any problems, or at least within 4 days. Personalised products cannot normally be returned and products are supplied for promotional purposes only. Exact quantities cannot always be guaranteed, printed orders may over run by up to 10%, which will be chargeable. DeliveryPlease specify your required delivery date which will be confirmed when we acknowledge your order or you will be advised of the nearest date possible. This will be determined by the date on which you approve your artwork. We will always endeavour to meet short lead times but Express charges may apply. Legal Documents
